The spacious, 2 units detached villa in Kujići with neatly maintained outdoor and indoor area. This villa offers 6 bedrooms and can host up to 12 + 2 guests. The highlight of villa Elvis, is the shaded balcony, just above the garden area with swimming pool, overlooking the magnificent natural surroundings. Guests are privileged to pick up vegetables from the owners' big pride: mini eco- garden. On guests' request owners can arrange boat ride to search numerous local bays and coves.
The interior of the house is spread over 3 floors with one entrance from the ground floor ( 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room), outside stairs leading to the first floor ( 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with modern kitchen, bathroom) and indoor stairs leading to the second floor (2 sleeping room and bathroom).
The 420 sq meters of the surrounding area is fenced for your privacy and security and your pet will be very thankful for choosing this house! Children will appreciate playground with swings.
House is located in peaceful village Kujići, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Yet, the cultural and historical center of the region, town Pula is reachable within 15 minutes drive.
