The house is situated in a small dalmatian village Gata, the place of rich historical heritage which dates from ancient time of early Christian basilica, in fifth and sixth century.This region is the center of ancient Poljička Republic (1270.-1946.), the one that made Poljički Zakonik, the first wriiten law, statute book of democracy. Today, Poljički Zakonik is one of the subjects taught on the Univercity Sorbonne in Paris.

The house was built in Dalmatyan style , in a year 2014.It is surounded by stone walls and ornamental plants. By the house a swimming pool (33 square meters) takes place, outside barbicue, wooden outside furniture covered, under umbrellas and a lawn spred on south, 60 square meters large, where children can play on swings and creepers.
The villa has a feeling of peace and tranquillity, being set on the very edge of a village. You have the feeling of being remote without being totally cut off. It offers excellent levels of privacy as it is not overlooked.
The standard of the property is very high. The furnishings and decor are excellent and everything is very comfortable. There is plenty of space.
Inside of the house is 186 m2 large, ground floor: kitchen, large living and dining area (open-space). one bedroom ( 2 single beds in it), bathroom ( wc + shower ).

Kitchen is equipped: hot-cold water, kithen utensils for 12 persons, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer 50 l, electric kettle, filter coffee maschine. toaster.
Wasching machine and iron with ironing board are included.

Set in a mountainous location it is very well placed for access to nearby town Omis where there are some lovely restaurants as well as access to the Cetina River , where a canyon offers you many leisure possibilities: rafting, canyioning, kayak tour, fishing amd others.
