Located in an ancient Tuscanian farmhouse. Very quite place in the countryside, but reaching the most famous Tuscanian cities it's easy and fast. 10 minutes drive from Pisa and 20 minutes drive from the Tirrenic coast

THE BEST FOR COUPLES and the cheapest! No windows oriented in east, here you can wake up late! The view from the bedroom it’s awesome: the mounts, the two lakes near us and the fields; from the kitchen, the pool and our large garden.. and in summer to eat al fresco just go in the picnic area under the white gazebo! RECOMMENDED FOR LONG STAYS IN EVERY SEASONS.

first floor 33 sqm, 1 double bedroom; kitchen (with fridge and freezer, 4 gas hobs, utensils and pots, cutlery, plates and glasses. No oven) + living room with sofa; toilet and shower; independent heating system in all rooms; air conditioning (only in the bedroom) and mosquito nets on all windows. WI-FI. There’s no TV in the apartment; guests are allowed to bring here them own TV, if they want to. Dining area in the kitchen and possibility to eat outside under the gazebo, on the back of the building (the outdoor dining area is shared with the other guests).

We're very near to the most beautiful and famous cities in Tuscany: PISA 14 Km; LIVORNO 24 Km; LUCCA 20 Km; VINCI 31 Km; VOLTERRA 38 Km; VIAREGGIO 61 Km; FORTE DEI MARMI 67 Km; FIRENZE 56 Km; SAN GIMIGNANO 44 Km; SIENA 72 Km. And in less than 20 minutes you can reach the Tirrenic coast.

Car it's necessary to your stay here, because we're in the countryside and there aren't bus or train stations in the nearby.

Our structure is the best choice for who loves RELAXING HOLIDAYS in a SILENT and QUITE place, where lay down in the GARDEN or next to the POOL, but also VISIT the most famous CITIES and towns in Tuscany. Very SUITABLE FOR COUPLES, deep in the COUNTRYSIDE, far from the noise of the cities. The choice to DON'T INSERT TVs or music playback devices either in the apartments or in the common areas, was made precisely to ensure the silence and rest of our customers as much as possible. The structure ISN'T SUITABLE FOR BABIES or KIDS. The choice to admit in the structure a minimum age of 14 has been made to maintain the serenity of our place.

WE DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER, 'cause we noticed that our guests prefer to USE THE KITCHEN of the apartments or the HOME DELIVERY SERVICE to choose what to eat and when.

Each apartment is equipped with a folder containing advices on places to visit and the curiosities of the surroundings, as well as rules and useful information for the stay, including a list of restaurants we recommend. No time limit to enter and exit from the structure, 'cause we give to the guests the remote control of the gate toghether with the keys of the apartment.
