The villa is situated at Maspalomas area. Quiet residential area, no discos around. Walking distance to el Tablero shopping centre, Maspalomas park or Holiday World Centre. Few minutes drive from famous Maspalomas sand dunes, Meloneras beach or Aqualand. Easy and fast access to the highway.
Great sunny terrace with sun since the morning until late afternoon. Private pool 6 x 3 m, with salty water and possibility of being heated with an extra charge.
Outdoor dining area, BBQ, sun loungers only increase the perfect holiday feeling.
If you want even more, our roof terrace counts on one more sunbathing area, with sun beds, and hot tub to give the opportunity to enjoy the views over the sand dunes in the distance or watching the sunset in a romantic atmosphere.
Our Sunny Villa Maspalomas - new, modern, completely rebuilt and refurbished. Counts on 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and big walk in closet. Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, private garage, but the best thing is a huge south facing terrace with a heatable salty water pool and sun shining during the whole day. (Pool heating has an extra cost per day and needs to be ordered in advance. ) Jacuzzi/hot tub at the roof terrace is just a plus for those who wish to get some relax while watching the sunset or just getting extra privacy.
