This apartment in a semi-detached house has been renovated into a cozy holiday home and is located just a short distance from the versatile services of Levi tourist center.
The location is excellent: only 600 meters on foot to the center of Levi. In the center of Levi, you can enjoy numerous restaurants, shops, and activities. By car, it's just a 1-kilometer drive to the center, making it very convenient to move around the area.
Ski trail and hiking route are right next door, making it easy and enjoyable to explore nature. Additionally, a snowmobile route is close by, allowing those interested in snowmobiling to easily enjoy it. The beautiful scenery of lake Immeljärvi is approximately 400 meters away.
Pets are welcome. So, you can take your pet friend with you and enjoy the holiday and outdoor activities in this beautiful environment.
The ground floor of the apartment has a living area and a modern kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed. There's also a sauna and washroom/WC on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two separate beds. The room is divided by wardrobes into two compartments. The room also has a work desk and computer monitor. In the upper floor lobby, there are two separate beds. A child safety gate is at the top of the stairs.
Small storage room is available.
The apartment has two televisions, one in the living room and another in the upper floor bedroom. Parking spaces and a wall outlet for heating the car are right in front of the door. There's space for multiple cars. In the yard, by a small river, there is a cooking hut for guests. Please note, that the hut is shared with the other cabins in the area.
The nearest ski slope, Front slope (Eturinne), is only 1.2 km away, so you can easily enjoy the snowy and diverse slopes.
