Es hat einen kleinen privaten Garten mit 2 Parkplätzen. Es verfügt über Sat-TV, Wifi und Klimaanlage.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und bequem zu den wichtigsten Dienstleistungen (Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft etwa 300 Meter entfrent).
Das Schwimmbad ist von Mitte Mai bis Ende September geöffnet.
