Country house in the mountains of Andalusia with a pool and a beautiful patio
The country home El Tajil is locates at the mountain stream Morales, only 50 meters from a small waterfall, in the town of Montefrio, three kilometres from Algarinejo. It is about an hour's drive to Antequera (El Torcal), Málaga with its beautiful beaches, Granada (Alhambra) and Córdoba (Mezquita).
Parking for up to four cars is available. Under a covered patio you will find a swing for the kids and a ping pong table. The highlight of the house is the 4 m x 5 m pool with a sun shade and sun loungers. And the patio and a barbecue. Behind the house is a cave (50m²), where the owner plans on installing a whirlpool.
The 140 m² house has two storeys. On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining area with a dining table and eight chairs, two sofas, a fireplace and satellite television. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with a utility room, a washing machine, a ceran stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. Adjacent to the dining area is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. The bedroom on this floor is furnished with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), a wardrobe and heating. From the dining area, a staircase leads up to the first floor. Here you will find a small patio with views of the pool. From this patio a small staircase leads to the pool and barbecue area.
On the first floor, you will find a small games room with darts, PS3, card games and a sofa bed. Adjacent is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (1.05 m x 1.90m) and a wardrobe. On the other side on the same floor you will find the second bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m), a television, DVD and a large wardrobe. An additional bed or child's cot can be placed into this room upon request. Both bedrooms boast air conditioning. The bathroom - in between the two bedrooms - boasts a shower, a sink, a hairdryer and a toilet.
Algarinejo and its shops can be accessed on foot. It also has a supermarket and you can find medical aid if needed. Just follow the stream and you will get into town. Enjoy the peace and quiet and discover Andalusia and all its sights.
There is a small wooden playhouse for the kids on the property. From May through September, the owner grows tomatoes, eggplant, cucumber and more. Two bicycles and a child's cot are available for rent.
