Climno. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot and water plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The apartment is located on the coast, next to the beach in Klimno, on the island of Krk. The apartment has a beautiful sea view and near the apartment are the most important facilities such as a shop and restaurant. It consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1 bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and electrical appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the living room there is a sofa as an extra bed, satellite TV. The living room has access to a balcony, which overlooks the sea and the beach. The apartment has WiFi, which you can use at no extra charge. The bathroom is next to the toilet, equipped with shower, bidet and washing machine. Private parking is included in the price. Our spacious courtyard holds two family houses and a small family-owned shipyard.With the maximum capacity of the apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a child up to 4 years who does not use his own bed, with a fee of 5.00 EUR per day / per child, which is paid on the spot. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
