SMALL AND INDEPENDANT CHALET WITH GARDEN FACING SOUTH a typical "MAZOT" is a small old chalet in our area, Fully renovated and refurbished ,full comfort and authentic athmosphere for 2 persons or a family of 4 p (2 adults and 2 children) i Part of the property le CHALET LES ARAVIS le GRAND BORNAND Garden and terrace facing South in a very quiet environment make it "unique" in the center of the old village ,shops and restaurants at 100m , ski lift at 300m free shuttles at 50m Once in the chalet you do not need your car, free public parking nearby



An independant small chalet /36 m² Open-plan kitchen and living room 1 bedroom whith double bed 1 shower room 1 separate toilet Mezzanine with 2 single beds suitable for children from 5 to 15 years Terrace + garden outdoor furniture provided fondue and raclette set (in the chalet for free) Hairdryer, iron free wifi, Flat-screen TV, DVD Player, Radio all cleaning products washing machine and ski lockers in the other chalet (free) Pets allowed (prior arrangement), Security deposit requested, Key pick up with owner Household linen not provided ( possibility to hire ),



The small chalet has private entrance Garden facing south with all needed outdoor furniture Our property is at the end of a cul de sac which offers you a fully quiet environment, facing south
