Fully detached holiday villa with a beautiful enclosed garden and private swimming pool The fully detached villa with a large private swimming pool and seaview is located on a 900m2 property in a small town uphill from Poreč (Parenzo). The villa is the last property in a cul-de-sac street in the corner of the high-end neighbourhood of villas, sorrounded by nature and olive trees. It offers absolute privacy. The town itself offers a variery of restaurants, playgrounds, markets. The villa is located in close proximity of the key Istria Bike Trails, bus station 500m walk, Istria highway is 5km away, whereas Pula, Rijeka, Zagreb, Portorose, Ljubljana, Trieste and Treviso airports lie within 2h car drive range.

The villa is sorrounded by lush mediteranean garden with olive trees, oleanders, lavender, pampas grass, rosemarine, hovelmen and many any other mediteranean sorts among which a large 4 x 8m swimming pool is placed. Enjoy relaxing or grilling in the shadow of the large furnished terasse overlooking the green sorrounding, refresh yourself in the pool, or enjoy reading a book in the shadow of olive trees. The whole property is sorrounded by a wall and fense, including a maximum of 4 private parking lots, thereby offering outstanding feel of intimacy and safety during your stay.

The villa has a luxurious, very spacious and bright interior of over 130m2. The villa is single-storey and the ceilings are up to 4,80m high, making the interior very airy and cosy. The villa features three bedrooms, namely a master bedroom with a double bed (180cm) with exclusive access to own ensuite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. The second and the third bedroom each have two single beds that can be merged if needed, and may use the second, large bathroom, with full size tub. The property also provides with baby bed that can be placed as needed. The living room is a large open area overlooking the terace, swimming pool and a lush mediteranean garden and even offers a seaview. It is equiped with high-end adjustable leather sofa for 7 people, high speed wifi internet, TV with over 50 channels including sports and key international programmes, Yamaha stereo, and several other perks, such as separate air condition in every room of the house. Fully furnished kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffe machine, toaster and other equipment, and dining room are overlooking the living room, making the whole place a great living area for socializing.

The villa is located uphill from Poreč, making it a quite and intimate gateaway from high season rush in the city of Poreč and sorrounding beach areas. Being the far-end villa house in the corner of upmarket neighbourhood, sorrounded by unspoiled nature, the ulimate privacy is secured. Villa Parenzo is located some 200m from the key Istria Bike Trail network (trails 141 and 142) which offer great rides of the sorrounding villages, as well as towards the beach or Istrian inland. The town itself offers supermarket, a variety of restaurants, sports facilities, endless unspoiled mediterannean vegetatition, bike pats, hiking trails for long walks amid vineyards and olive tree plantations. Poreč city centre is 5-6km away, connected by the fast road as well as parallel bike paths through sorrounding charming villages and forrests.

    “Das Haus ist perfekt, sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren zu viert im Juni. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sehr sauber, Ausstattung ist super, von Bettwäsche, bis Handtücher, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Seife, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker etc. Alles was man braucht, Grillterrasse einfach spitze, im Schatten, direkt vor dem Pool, sodass man die Kinder sehen kann und in ruhe grillen kannst. Holzkohle und Grillanzünder ist auch dabei gewesen. Das einzige, der Kühlschrank ist leider ziemlich klein, Babykühlschrank.
    Der Pool ist mega, groß genug und sauber.
    Das Haus ist sehr sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
