- An inner courtyard with terraces, ideal for dining or a quiet drink.
- A large living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
- A living room with magnificent views of the pool and television.
- A large bathroom with bathtub and 2 WCs.
- A magnificent bedroom suite with bathroom in a rustic yet modern design, with a single sofa bed and television. There are also 3 further double bedrooms.
- A laundry room
The beach is 12 km away and a golf course is about 4 km away.
The property has a paved road and is easily accessible.
