Detached holiday home in Tossens with terrace

The holiday home is located in the Aidapark Tossens at the end of a quiet side street in the immediate vicinity of the dyke.

It is a well-equipped holiday home that offers a cosy North Sea stay for max. 5 people and a small child (up to max. 3 years). The holiday home has a living/dining area with fitted kitchen + TV, a bedroom with double bed + TV + infant extra bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a pull-out sleeping stool + TV + Nintendo Wii, a bathroom with shower and WC and a small storage room. There are 3 satellite TVs, hi-fi system with CD, Bluetooth and USB, Nintendo Wii with various games, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machines (Senseo, Tassimo, filter machine), kettle and egg boiler, blender, toaster, cot with changing mat, high chair, ironing board, iron, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, board games, books and free WiFi (separate user agreement required).The house has modern gas heating and is let all year round.

The holiday home has a spacious meadow for private use, a large furnished terrace with table and chairs, beach chair and sun loungers. There is also an in-house barbecue and fire pit as well as an ashtray for smoking on the terrace. A beer tent set, a handcart and various play equipment for the large garden (table tennis table, garden trampoline, football goals and balls, boules, bobby car, tricycle, toddler bike, ...) are also available for free, carefree use. There is also a garden shed where bicycles, pushchairs etc. can be stored. The garden is completely fenced in or enclosed by a dense hedge.

The holiday home is one of the few detached houses in Aidapark Tossens. There is a parking space for one car directly in front of the house. Further free parking is available in a nearby car park approx. 300 m away.

The Aidapark Tossens is located in the immediate vicinity of the dyke. The beach and the separately separated 1st baby beach in Germany are approx. 500 metres away. Shops and restaurants can also be reached within this distance. Other possible leisure activities: - Mudflat walks with a mudflat guide directly from Tossens - Aqua Mundo adventure pool in Tossens - Sauna and wellness in the Aqua Mundo in Tossens - Cycling in Butjadingen (approx. 250 km cycle path network, bicycle hire available in the neighbourhood) - minigolf in Tossens and Burhave - GPS thrillers in Burhave and Tossens (information at the tourist information offices) - North Sea lagoon in Burhave - play barn in Burhave (3000 m² indoor play hall) - kite-surfing between Fedderwardersiel and Burhave - National Park House Museum in Fedderwardersiel and Burhave - kite-surfing between Fedderwardersiel and Burhave. National Park House Museum in Fedderwardersiel - shrimp cutter harbour with boat trips in Fedderwardersiel - Frisian golf on the Iggewarden farm - "KiG - Klettern im Garten" climbing park between Burhave and Stollhamm - excursions on the Weser ferry from Blexen to Bremerhaven. There are very interesting museums there, such as the Klimahaus or the Auswandererhaus, which are also very exciting for children. - Excursions with the passenger and bicycle ferry from Eckwarderhörne to Wilhelmshaven - Excursion to the Jaderpark (animal and leisure park in Jaderberg)

    “Perfektes Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mehr als komplett ausgestattet! Sehr sauber und komplett modernisiert! Super Betreuung vor Ort!
    Leider ist die Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus sehr störend, sonst wären es fünf Sterne geworden!!! Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts...”

    “Positiv: Ein super toll ausgestattetes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht ( Kaffeemaschinen , Mixer , Toaster , Trockner , Waschmaschine , Grill , Spiele , Bücher , Bollerwagen usw.) , dass man es gar nicht alles aufzählen kann. Also wer hier was zu meckern hat ist am falschen Platz. Jederzeit wieder. Negativ: Da es an einigen Tagen etwas kühl war während des Aufenthalts war die Heizung schon angestellt worden. Diese hatte anscheinend Luft
    gezogen , so dass uns die entstehenden Geräusche nachts ein wenig gestört haben , aber dies sollte bei der nächsten Wartung wieder beseitigt sein. Freizeit: Langwarder Groden / Schwimmendes Moor / Langlütjen schön für Spaziergänge / Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und sind in großen Touren rund um die Halbinsel Butjadingen/Nordenham gefahren . Echwarderhörne/Fedderwaddersiel muss man auch gesehen haben .”

    “Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses Negativ: Was nützt eine Hausverwaltung wenn sie für nichts zuständig ist,so die Aussage der Verwalterin!”

    zunächst einmal herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, unsere Ferienhaus zu bewerten.

    Wir weisen darauf hin, dass unsere Hausverwalterin generell eine sehr ordentliche Person ist, die sich um sämtliche wichtigen Anliegen der Gäste am und im Haus kümmert. Sie steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung, wenn sie wichtige Fragen und Anliegen rund ums Haus haben oder wenn sie sich z.B. ausgesperrt haben.

    Sie gibt den Gästen sogar über ihr Aufgabengebiet hinaus immer gerne Auskunft bzgl. der örtlichen touristischen Begebenheiten. Auf Grund der Corona-Pandemie weist sie natürlich auch auf die derzeit geltenden Regelungen hin (Maskenpflicht, Abstandsregelungen, Besonderheiten bei Restaurantbesuchen, etc.).

    “Top Austattung in der Küche
    Auch für Kinder vieles vorhanden (kleine Tore, Ball, Kicker etc.)
    Grill mit Kohle und Anzündern, Liegen, Strandkorb...
    Es gab nichts, was wir zusätzlich benötigt hätten.
    Garten ist nicht einzusehen, daher tolle Privatsphäre.
    Zum Grünstrand mit großem Kinderspielplatz ca. 10-15 Gehminuten und zu Restaurants und Bäcker auch 10-15 Minuten. Ein EInkaufsmarkt ist besser mit dem Rad oder dem Auto zu erreichen.”
