    “Lage des Ortes und des Hauses sind gut. 10 Min. zum Strand, 2 Min. zum Pool, der als einziges der Abbildung entspricht. Haus ist von der Lage schön, liegt in einer Ferienwohnanlage. Die Innerausstattung ist sehr spartanisch, sehr alt und abgenutzt. Entspricht nicht den heutigen Standard (Bildern). Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, dass gesamte Objekt musste persönlich gesäubert werden. (zw. Bewohnbarkeit). 2-Klassengesellschaft zwischen ital.-und ausländischen Touristen. Ital. Urlaubswohnungen hatten Klimaanlagen, Gazefenster, Waschmaschinen und eine gutes Möbiliar, die Urlauber aus anderen Ländern hatten das alles nicht.”
