The holiday home, built in 1999 and renovated in 2024 is a townhouse and functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Small pool to romp and play

Pula, district Sikici, 30 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The landlady has a cat. Because of the flower-decorated yard, I only take in female dogs. The enclosed property also has a larger gravel parking lot and there is enough space for children to play. The yard is full of flowers and I live with a small cat in the house next door, which is why I only accept one dog - a female. The apartment is far from the main roads and is located in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. View of the yard, meadows. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property. The length of the driveway is about 40 m right at the entrance to the property, all roads are asphalted. In the smaller part, the driveway is a bit narrower.
