The beautiful rustic Villa Adoral, located on the island of Hvar in the small town of Jelsa, offers everything you've been dreaming of. The perfect combination of the beautifully decorated interior and the luxurious exterior will make you feel like royalty! Together with the two neighbouring villas (Villa Bea CLD475 and Villa Valente CLD476), this villa forms a complex called Dvor Pitve. Dvor Pitva is a symbol of luxury, an oasis of peace, tranquillity and romance. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and is located near the sea. The villas are located in a quiet and private environment and offer a beautiful view of the countryside, the mountains and the Adriatic Sea. With its modern facilities, elegant decoration and spacious outdoor area, Dvor Pitve is the perfect retreat for those seeking a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Villa Adoral is ready to offer its guests 200 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 250 m2. It is only 2.5 km away from the nearest sea, and only 50 metres from the villa there is a restaurant where you can taste delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Guests are accommodated in 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which has 2 pull-out beds (for 2 persons each), while the other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and the third room on the 2nd floor, next to which there is a roof terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by unspoilt nature. The villa also has 3 bathrooms: one with a bath and two with a shower cubicle.

On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a romantic fireplace. There is also a modern kitchen where you can prepare your favourite meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.

On the beautiful outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool with a size of 21 m2 and a depth of 1.2 metres. Next to the pool there are sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing with a view of Jelsa, and on the terrace there is also a dining table with 8 seats. On the garden furniture, next to which there is also a gas barbecue, you can relax and read your favourite books. From this terrace and also from the lower outdoor terrace you have a marvellous view of the sea.

During your stay, you can also make use of additional facilities such as a washing machine and a separate toilet.

Villa Adoral has 3 parking spaces outside the garden.

The island of Hvar is rich in cultural and historical monuments located in churches, parks and squares. The entire island has an indented coastline with islets and many bays where guests can find true satisfaction and complete peace. The bays are suitable for sunbathing and swimming, and the island of Hvar itself signed the Declaration of the Central Dalmatian Islands - an ecologically clean zone in 1991.
