The first floor of the villa consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The first floor of the villa exudes warmth and you can enjoy the villa with your family at any time of the year. On the 1st and 2nd floor there are 2 very comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The interior of the villa is decorated in a traditional style with modern charm. The exterior of the villa offers a pool and a beautiful patio with sun loungers and plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy. At your disposal is a covered terrace where you can also eat if you want to have breakfast with the first rays of sunshine. If you want to barbecue, there is also a charcoal grill at your disposal.
This beautiful villa has a traditional soul and a modern heart. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, while the first neighbors are two horses with which you can spend your free time, while a private forest is available for hiking and recreation. Villa Vitassi was completely renovated in 2020 with respect for tradition, modern taste and simple enjoyment of life.
