This beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of the city of Pula, just 5 minutes from the city center and the white pebble beaches. The property is in a secluded position which allows for perfect peace and privacy. Outside you will find a beautifully walled and fenced garden with a lovely large pool. There is a children's play area as well as an outdoor dining area with an additional kitchen, including a beautiful stone-built barbecue. On the veranda there is some lovely lounge furniture for a cup of coffee in the morning. The interiors have been beautifully decorated and are flooded with light with glass walls overlooking the garden/pool area. There is a separate TV/media area. Everything is on a single floor so it is ideal for young children or if you have people who have problems with stairs. There are 4 bedrooms. Three double bedrooms and one with 3 single beds. For extra capacity you can use a sofa bed in the living room.
Pula is the tourist center of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heyday during the Roman period. The Romans left many traces, especially the beautiful amphitheater. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into the control center of the Adriatic and over the centuries, the city's port developed into the most important port in the region. Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities, including sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants and organized excursions. The city has two passenger ports, both very important for cruise tourism. Nowadays, Pula represents a place where a relaxing vacation on Pula's beautiful coastline and near the crystal clear waters can be combined with the legends and memories of a rich history. Unspoiled forests, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for coastal lovers. You can enjoy nature everywhere, for example at the lakes of Plitvice and the famous waterfalls or on the Brijuni islands with the exceptional flora and fauna that make it the northernmost Mediterranean exotic oasis.
