You'll love it either way! The natural stone combines with the blue sky and the green of the grass and ivy around the house to create a pleasant feast for the eyes. Delicious Mediterranean specialities do the rest for body and soul. You can help yourself from the small vegetable garden, for example to enrich your BBQ with a fresh salad. With a bit of luck, a small cat will also pay a visit to the villa.

To complete a villa, you need more than just a beautiful outdoor area - what about the interior? Let's get one thing straight: The interior is just as stunning in every way. Upon entering, you are greeted by an attractive stone floor and antique wooden furniture and it's hard to decide whether to continue your tour of the downstairs area or head straight up the wide staircase and explore the upper floor, where you will find three very comfortable bedrooms A spacious, naturally lit bathroom with shower/bathtub awaits you. There is also a cosy balcony with great countryside views. The theme of the ground floor is one of conviviality and shared experience, again in perfect colour harmony: surrounded by natural stone and wood, in the walls, furniture and ceilings, you can definitely stretch out and relax on the huge sofa. The large flat-screen TV, CD and DVD player and WLAN round off an excellent media package, while the other half of the room invites you to dine in style. An open passageway leads to the kitchen, so that setting and clearing the table can be a quick and effortless affair, especially with a little teamwork. The fully equipped, wonderfully bright kitchen with a small extra bar to sit at is available to all additional kitchen helpers - the perfect equipment for a self-catering holiday. An additional WC and a practical utility room round off the cosy atmosphere on this floor.

The garden, consisting of two areas, offers a variety of outdoor possibilities for your stay at the finca; excursions in the surrounding area can include the bays and beaches to the north and east. For shopping, you can drive to nearby Selva (5 km) or Campanet (6 km), where you will also find some very good restaurants.
