Tranquillity, idyll, charisma - this villa radiates all of this. And you will find them all here, experience them and enjoy them to the full. Abundant old trees seem to be benevolent pillars of this dreamy home and make it a blissful accommodation for holidaymakers seeking relaxation. They contribute to the picturesque, almost cosy atmosphere of the outdoor area, where people would love to spend most of their time in summer. Children will find plenty of space to play and run around on the lawn. When spending time in the romantic garden, especially by the pool, it's really easy to feel at home straight away. Small natural stone walls and the old stable building are charming relics of the former agricultural use of the property. Plenty of natural shade makes the existing parasols almost superfluous. Those who prefer to sit out in the open will find plenty of space to do so on the spacious terrace. You can swim through the 9 metre-long pool from one end to the other. After swimming, you can relax on the deckchair next to the pool. Before you take your favourite spot, don't forget to bring a good book and a cool drink! Nothing stands in the way of long, cosy barbecue evenings here, on the contrary. Because in the outdoor kitchen behind the house with barbecue area and dining table, you can savour freshly prepared dishes while enjoying the view of the greenery.

The atmosphere of the interior in pleasantly bright colours welcomes guests as soon as they enter the house. The classic Mallorcan architectural style, which can already be seen outside, is partly reflected here in the typical island furnishings and decoration, creating a rather rustic atmosphere that is uniquely charming. The modernised part of the house, on the other hand, has a contemporary design that creates a contrast that in no way disturbs the harmony. Wooden windows, classic wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floor tiles consistently contribute to this atmosphere. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds, a new spacious bathroom, a living/dining room, a room with a fireplace and a new, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area, where the staircase upstairs begins. These communal areas on the ground floor are also ideal for several people to spend time indoors without getting on each other's nerves. The colourful and cheerfully furnished bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house, where you can spend lovely relaxing breaks: two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub in each. Depending on the occupancy, you can spread out comfortably in this house.

About 15 kilometres from the east coast is the detached villa Can Veritat, surrounded by beautiful trees. The beautiful harbour promenade of Porto Colom with its inviting bars, restaurants and supermarkets is less than half an hour's drive away. Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in Felanitx (6 km) and Campos (11 km), but for larger shopping trips with a cultural touch, Manacor (20 km) is the right address. The bathing bays can be easily reached here in approx. 10 minutes. 30 minutes away by car.
