If you are looking for an authentic, relaxing experience with that special touch that transforms a holiday into unforgettable memories, this is the house for you! - - - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - - - - All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, €30 electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, €30 for non-electricity consumption (heating by gas oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the common areas of the house. The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax. All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum in order to avoid causing a nuisance.
