This lovely holiday home obtained from a former tobacco drying house is located on the side of a mountain and turns into a small forest, with some stunning views. The property boasts large windows that let in plenty of light and several exits leading into the beautiful garden, where you can appreciate the views even more. The rustic brick building has been renovated tastefully and is spacious, clean and airy. There are some lovely parts of the property such as a large shower with natural stone and an open staircase that leads to the 1st floor. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and also a sofa bed in th elpounge so the house is big enough for 7 guests. The holiday home is set in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian towns nearby such as Città di Castello (17km), Cortona (20km), Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio (50km).

    “Questo vecchio seccatoio di tabacco trasformato egregiamente con gusto rispettando le caratteristiche originali, è dotato di un arredo veramente all'altezza con divani e mobili d'epoca e con uno spazio cucina ampio e luminoso con tutto quello che serve per cucinare con stile.
    La posizione è centrale ad un giardino all'italiana ben tenuto e con siepi alte e bosco di lato il tutto recintato.
    Lo stato delle cose è buono con grande pulizia generale.
