The ground floor and the first floor are connected by an external staircase. The minimum ceiling height in some areas of the house is 90 cm. Since the house is really spacious, it does not affect the comfort in spite of the low ceiling height at some places. You can unwind in the sauna, take a dip in the pool or enjoy the view of the blue sea and the lush green idyllic woods from the terrace. Do spend exquisite hours in the gazebo equipped with barbecue or by the fireplace in the rustic tavern with a fully-equipped kitchen and a pool table. You can experience the lavender scent and green coloured olive groves. Your children can play carefree in this nicely landscaped and fenced garden. You can quickly reach the seaside promenade and the beaches by car. Do take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear sea. You can visit the cultural events, concerts and excellent restaurants in Opatija. Do enjoy romantic strolls through the enchanting forests of the National Park Ucka or visit the nearby islands, National Parks Risnjak and Plitvice Lakes, as well as the other towns in Istria.
