Bright House in Son Baulo with Interior Patio and Splendid Views

Fantastic renovated house with chill our area and barbecue, in a very quiet area and just 50 meters from the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Situated in front of the marina and sea promenade with splendid views. Ideal location to enjoy with family and incredible walks.

If you are looking for a house away from the noise and in a quiet and discreet environment, read on. If you like modern and tasteful decoration, read on. If you´re looking for a spacious, bright house, read on. And if, in addition to all this, you would like to pay reasonable price, this is definitely your home. Ideal to enjoy a unique experience.

The house of 90 square meters, is distributed with a living-dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one full bathroom in suite, toilet, two terraces of 25 square meters each, interior patio, laundry and garage. It has a spacious and bright living-dining room with air conditioning (hot/cold), flat TV and Internet Access. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, induction hob, smoke extractor, built-in oven and microwave and dishwasher. It also has a coffee maker, kettle, and all utensils and crockery necessary for cooking.

The main bedroom, ventilated and bright, has a comfortable double bed and two large built-in wardrobes, equipped with drawer and safe. It is also equipped with air conditioning. In addition, it also has an in-suite bathroom. The other double bedroom has an original and fun bunk bed.

The terrace, which gives access to busier street, has outdoor furniture. The other terrace counts with a chill out area and is located at the top of the house. It has a barbecue, sink and sofas to be able to enjoy tranquility and relaxation. You will have at your disposition a parking place for small car, although it is a very easy area to park. We store two bicycles and kayak that you can use if you like.

The laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer (both for exclusive use and free), ironing board and other cleaning tools, also has a disqualifier, shower and washbasin. Ca Sa Padrina by LOCALITE has heat pump or electric radiator heating.

We fully recommend a walk which starts from the small port and runs along the promenade bordering the rocky coast to reach the beach of Son Bauló.

For your safety and tranquility we have expanded our cleaning protocol according to the regulations of WHO
1.- Disinfection with industrial ozone machine.
2.- Minimum insured 48 hours that the house will be empty before and after a stay.
3.- More exhaustive cleaning protocol.
4.- We provide gloves, gel and masks.
5.- Possibility of checking in and checking out online.

By law, all professionals in the hospitality sector must keep their guest registration book up-to-date and collect sustainable tourism tax, which is known as the Ecotax. This tax Law on tourist stays was developed to impulse measures of sustainable tourism in the Balearic Islands. The rates are chargeable per person per night. There is a 50% reduction after first eight nights. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.
In the high season which means from the 1st of May until the 31st of October. Ecotax per person per night: 2,20€
In the low season, which means from the 1st of November until the 31st of April.
Ecotax per person per night: 0,55€

Please note that Ecotax and Electricity are not included in the price. For reason of responsible consumption, we charge 0,35€ per KW consumed.

    “also wir geben 4,5 von 5 möglichen Punkten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfreich. wenn man Ihn braucht ist er in 15 Minuten zur Stelle. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schön das es Klimaanlagen gibt denn bei 33 Grad kann man kaum schlafen.Terasse mit Grill ist super haben fast jeden Abend bis Mitternacht dort gesessen. Die Küchenausstattung ist super.
    Bei Urlaubern die kein spanisch oder enlisch können wird es schwierig mit der verständigung. Ansonsten alles prima.”
