Comfortable Farmhouse in midst a property of 60h, which is set in the beautiful Chiana Valley. The owners, who are very nice and guest friendly people are pleased to bring their clients closer to life on an agritourism, with handmade products (olive oil, wine, marmalade), cultivations, vegetable gardens and farm animals. The property is completely fenced in. Podere Terreno is an ideal place for families with kids who are looking for a relaxing holiday in touch with nature. The owners have a few cats and dogs on site. Very well kept rustic style furnishing. Access throughout 300m of unpaved road.


Distances: Creti with grocery store 1.5km, Cortona 9km, Foiano della Chiana with Valdichiana Outlet Village 11km, Bettolle with Highway exit A1 Valdichiana 18km, Arezzo 32km, Trasimeno Lake (Lagop Trasimeno) with beaches 34km, Siena 52km, Perugia 62km, Vagliagli with ABV offices 74km, Florence 100km, Pisa and Lucca 189km, Rome 193km.
