Small holiday complex with a various beauty treatment, an indoor and an outdoor pool

This 11,000 m² Finca is located at an elevation of 580 meters in a quiet location on the edge of Chio (Guia de Isora).

The luxurious, privately owned Finca under Germen management boasts a villa, six holiday homes, two apartments and two suites. The units are equipped with fixed or mobile heating units, as it can get chilly at night during the winter months. The property has a solar heated indoor pool with an integrated whirlpool, a Kneipp basin, massage shower and an outdoor pool. The wellness area offers a sauna, a water bed, massage loungers and a massage tub and is available to you when you book a treatment. Next to the indoor pool is a covered area where you can practice yoga. Additionally, you can enjoy a tennis court, an outdoor chess board, a putting green, table tennis, a pool table and kid's toys. The large Bedouin tent is a beautiful place for our guests to meet and mingle. We offer breakfast for groups here (minimum of eight people). In front of the tent is a barbecue and seating accommodation.

The Finca Montimar is an ideal base for hiking trips, yet it is only a few minutes' drive to the beaches in Playa San Juan and Playa de la Arena in Puerto Santiago. Its location is away from the hordes of tourists that invade the island in Chío, near Guía de Isora. You can find peace and quiet here. It is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is just a few minutes' walk into town with a restaurant and a bar.

Pleasant Apartment in Guía De Isora with Large Patio and Ocean Views

The 150 m² manor house boasts a large living room with an open fireplace and an integrated, fully loaded kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large patio. The master bedroom is furnished with a built in closet and has an ensuite bathroom with a very spacious shower with a seat, seat and handles for the toilet, as well as a sink that is wheelchair accessible. The house is handicap accessible. Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each; the master bedroom is furnished with 2 x 90 x 200 cm mattresses. The second bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a built in closet and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a built in closet, a 150 x 190 cm double bed; the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The 48 m² living room/kitchen offers plenty of room for a comfortable get-together. It is furnished with a sofa bed for two and has a fireplace. Each bedroom has a radiator and the bathrooms have towel warming racks.

The property to the manor house offers ocean views and has a garden and a separate entrance and is very private as it is fully protected from view. The 35m² patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.

The large living room has two radiators and a large fireplace, ensuring warmth and offering a cosy atmosphere during the cooler winter months. The manor house was gutted and renovated in 2015. During the renovations, the fourth bedroom and the third shower room were added.

The Finca Montimar is located on the outskirts of Chio (Guia de Isora), a small original mountain village.
The beach by car is about 30 minutes.
A simple restaurant and a small supermarket are about 500m away.

The large event tent is a nice meeting place for all guests.

    “Mooi huisje, ruim voor 4 personen, rustiek gelegen in Finca Montimar. Het huisje was schoon en zeer smaakvol ingericht. De ontbrekende koekenpannen werden de volgende dag door de eigenaresse aangevuld. De speeltuin bestond alleen uit een klein zandbakje, niet de glijbaan en trampoline die je op de foto's ziet.

    Het verwarmde zwembad was helaas niet op temperatuur, de eigenaresse vertelde dat de verwarming de volgende dag gemaakt zou worden, maar dat hebben wij de week dat we er waren niet meer meegemaakt. Niet aan te bevelen voor een gezin met jonge kinderen (ivm andere gasten die hier echt voor hun rust komen), maar voor oudere stellen echt een aanrader.

    Het huisje ligt niet in Guia de Isora maar in Chio, dit is een gehucht ten noorden van Guia de Isora in de bergen met een klein supermarktje waar je de basics kunt kopen. Hier is verder niets te doen of te zien, wij zijn elke dag naar de kust gereden waar het gemiddeld 7 graden warmer en meer te doen was.”

    Lage: gut, sehr ruhig
    Sauberkeit: befriedigend, Ameisen in der Küche und im Bad, Ratte im Garten der Anlage
    Zustand: befriedigend, im Hallenbad funktioniert einiges nicht (z.B. Gegenstromanlage etc.)
    Preiswürdigkeit: gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis”

    “Allen Gästen teilen wir mit: Verständigen sie uns bitte sofort (nicht nach ihrem Urlaub), wenn es ein Problem geben sollte, damit wir sofort für Abhilfe sorgen können.

    Wir wären den Gästen dankbar gewesen, wenn sie uns während Ihres Aufenthalts auf den kaputten Drücker der Gegenstromanlage hingewiesen hätten. Wir haben diesen selbstverständlich sofort ausgetauscht und somit funktioniert dieser wieder einwandfrei.

    Es waren auch 2 Bedienungknöpfe des Massagepools defekt, auch diese haben wir ausgetauscht. Dass wir auf der Finca von 11.000 qm eine Ratte hatten, nehmen wir zur Kenntnis. Wir haben die Ameisen aus dem Haus vertrieben. Wir danken unseren Kunden für die konstruktive Kritik.”
