The northern most point of Hindsholm Peninsula is home to many rare plants and animals. Do visit the charming villages of Otterup, Munkebo, Kerteminde and Nyborg, as well as the Viking ship in Ladby, the Nyborg Castle - the oldest castle in Scandinavia, the Terrarium in Vissenbjerg, the Egeskov Castle and Hasmark Beach Holiday Park. A visit to Odense, which offers many enjoyable experiences for the entire family, is recommended. Nyborg is a lovely town with golf course, water park, museums, good eateries and shops.
