Unsere Ferienwohnung mit 95qm und Gartenbereich befindet sich im Gewerbegebiet (auf unserem Grundstück steht ein gesch. Baudenkmal) in Meersburg, dennoch in sehr ruhiger Lage. Sie haben einen separaten Zugang zur Ferienwohnung. Diese ist aufgeteilt in 2 Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten), Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer. Bei uns duschen Sie mit von der Sonne erwärmten (Solarenergie) Wasser! Grundaustattung gehören WLAN, HDTV mit LCD Flachbildschirm und natürlich Rauchmeldern in allen Zimmern. Die Wohnung ist mit Parkett- und gefliestem Boden ausgestattet. Ihr Gartenbereich ist mit zahlreichem altem Baumbestand eingefasst. In heißen Sommern bleibt dadurch Ihre Wohnung wunderbar kühl. Am Haus befindet sich für unsere Gäste ein kostenfreier eigener Stellplatz für Ihren PKW. Auch ein Fahrradabstellplatz steht Ihnen auf Wunsch zur Verfügung. Motorradfahrer sind bei uns willkommen. Wir sind sehr tierlieb und Hunde in der Wohnung erlaubt. Im Gartenbereich stehen für Sie Gartenstühle mit Sonnenschirm bereit. Im Garten besteht die Möglichkeit zu grillen, ideal um heiße Sommertage zu genießen. Auf Wunsch bieten wir Ihnen gegen Gebühr einen Brötchenservice an. Nach Absprache holen wir Sie gerne vom Flughafen oder vom Bahnhof ab.
