Discover this beautiful detached vacation home with private pool. The house is cool even in hot summers thanks to the wide stone walls, which are typical of the Drôme Provençale. The house is located in the middle of the greenery with a view of the mountains and just a few meters from a small river (be careful: this river is not safe for children). Le Poët-Laval is one of the most beautiful villages of France and llies twenty kilometers from Montélimar in the valley of Jabron, surrounded by lavender and wheat. This village, dominated by its castle, still has remains of the Romanesque chapel behind the walls. This beautiful cottage is located on the edge of the village, in the hollow of the valley, along the river, and has a magnificent view of the wooded mountains. It is nevertheless close to the stores and many small animated towns. The region is rich in cultural activities and gastronomy. You will be able to make the walks through the pretty villages all year round. There are many farmer's markets in the area and there are several places of interest to discover in the surrounding area, such as the Côtes du Rhône wine route, the bistronomy and gourmet restaurants of the town of Marsanne, the Pont de Barret, Salettes, the forest of Saou ... Taste the black truffles of Tricastin or the caillette d' Ardèche, the picodon, the olive oil, tapenade, garlic of the Drôme, honey, nougat, scalloped potatoes ... For activities, we recommend the climbing park ( 27 km), golf (22 km), swimming in the river, paintball 30 km and many hiking and biking trails. In this cottage you will find a true oasis of tranquility with simple but tastefully decorated interiors made of quality materials. A separate bedroom, accessible only from the outside, has its own bathroom and terrace, ideal for living together with family or friends. In the house has a mezzanine with two single beds.
