Detached, ground-floor bungalow for 5 people, own approx. 350 square metre plot, fenced, new bathroom (05/2021)
-2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1 bedroom with 2 x single bed 0.90 x 2.00 m + 1x bunk bed 0.90 x 2.00 m (accessible via ladder)
-large living room with 6.5 m floor-to-ceiling windows
-covered sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol
-Carport and additional parking space at the house
-fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is also a separate, lockable storage room.

The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (including passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 square metre inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 square metre sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties).
The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 metres away.
In the idyllic holiday village, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, there is the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1,000 square metre play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.

Exempt are: Severely disabled persons (and 1 accompanying person) with 80% degree of disability as well as the 3rd and each additional child of a family, provided that the guest contribution is paid for the 1st and 2nd child.

    “matratzen und matratzentopper nicht brauchbar teilweise stark verschmutzt ( blutflecken ) böden waren nicht richtig geputzt ,toilette nicht sauber,vorhänge teilweise verschmutzt,2 gartenstühle defekt ( mängel vor ort gemeldet ) wie im expose angegeben war keine mikrowelle und auch kein radio vorhanden.”

    “Das neue Badezimmer ist gold wert! Die Sauberkeit war nicht so ganz gut da noch Hundehaare vom Vorgänger überall zu finden waren, vor allen Dingen auf der Terrassenmatte. Ansonsten ein normales Ferienhaus mit allen nötigen Dingen. Auch das große Grundstück ist sehr hundefreundlich !”

    “Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Sehr viel Erholung. Die Unterkunft war top. Ich finde auch sehr positiv das man die Hunde mitnehmen kann. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Es war jetzt das 2 Jahr. Vielen Dank.”
