Beautiful Apartment in Zambratija with Private Parking and Beach Nearby

Pretty, independent, typical Istrian stone cottage, decorated with exceptional hand-crafted details, on two levels for 2 + 2 people, just 150 m from the sea and a beautiful sandy beach where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. Air-conditioned accommodation, ideal for spending a family holiday with children in a special environment. The rustic furnishings and the warmth of the house will make you feel like you are living in a fairy tale. The terrace shaded by a tree and the parking near the house. Pets are welcome.

Cozy rustic cottage of 44 m2 on two levels, on the ground floor the built-in kitchen with two gas burners, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, two towels per person for the bathroom provided (changed weekly), the dining room with table and 4 chairs, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor entrance to the bedroom with two bunk beds, while to the double bedroom the access from the anteroom without a door, a built-in wardrobe, linen provided (weekly change).
The terrace in front of the house, equipped with garden furniture under the mighty lime tree, where you can spend relaxing moments in the shade.

The house is located in Zambratija a small fishing town near Umag. The area is unique for its equipped sandy beach ideal for children where it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is excellent for spending evenings in full relaxation admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks from the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar great for having morning coffee.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

In the vicinity there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the white truffle area, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brioni, Fish picnic boat, trip to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the Funtana theme park and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
