Here you really do live in a genuine Øland village. Hjärpestad is only 5 kilometres from Köpingsvik, which is known for its miles of sandy beaches on Kalmar Sound. Here you will also find shops, patisseries and restaurants.

Just one kilometre away is Borgholm with a larger selection of shops and restaurants as well as other services. The house is very private. Here you will find a really large and beautiful living room with access to the large veranda at the back. There is also another living room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Spacious garden at the back and front and space for many cars in the yard between the barn and the property.

Øland is rich in sights and activities for all ages. Take the opportunity to visit the southern part of the island. Here you will find Ismanstorp's Castle, Eketorp's Castle and Gråborg, among others.

If you are a golfer, you have found the right place. There are several good golf courses in Øland. The closest is Ekerum golf course with 3 courses to choose from. In the south you will find many sights and places that are worth a visit. For example, Öland's zoo and amusement park with water park and zoo, Borgholm Castle and the royal castle Solliden.
