The harbour village of Zerpenschleuse is located in the north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests. The holiday home is particularly bright and friendly thanks to the large panoramic windows. In the living room on the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fire in the stove. Basic firewood equipment for the first day is already waiting for you. Unlimited WiFi, a Smart TV and a small stereo system provide entertainment. An ironing board and iron are also available for you.

But it's not just in the house that you can spend wonderful hours. On warm summer days, the covered terrace with high-quality garden furniture offers a wonderful place to relax. Here you can enjoy a cosy breakfast and prepare delicious meals on the high-quality barbecue.

The house has an 11KW wallbox e-charging station for your car (plug type 2). A CE approved charging cable must be brought along. A berth in the village's own harbour can be rented for a fee. A slipway is a few minutes away by car. Water consumption in the holiday home is free of charge.

The Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve are in the immediate vicinity of the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse. The municipality of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterised by Dutch-style skipper's houses. Zerpenschleuse is situated in an area rich in woodland and water and offers many opportunities for recreation. Hiking and cycling are just some of the ways to pass the time here. You can reach numerous other tourist attractions in the surrounding area by car. Information can be found in the guest folder in the house.
