Despite the fact that it is located in the basement of the former Protestant community center with the adjoining church, the basement apartment impresses with a pleasant supply of daylight.
A terrace just for this apartment has already been prepared.
The facility has just been prepared especially for you. We have furnished it with great attention to detail and a lot of natural materials, such as wood and metal, for a pleasant atmosphere. And the freshly laid oak parquet provides the right subfloor.
There are 2 large double beds (king size), 2 single beds (90x200) and a large sofa bed spread over three large rooms (as shown on the floor plan). You will be able to sleep peacefully in the finest hotel bed linen.
In addition to the large bed and the single bed, one bedroom has a spacious desk and a small reading corner with a comfortable armchair and a small bookcase. There is also a large wardrobe. The other bedroom is also equipped with a double bed + single bed. There is also a large armchair and again a large wardrobe to hang your clothes airy.
The new kitchen was built especially for you and is waiting to be cooked with all possible cooking utensils. A dishwasher is definitely available.
Next to the kitchen you will find a large living area for cozy evenings in front of the 50 inch television with Netflix, as well as a large dining table for eating and playing together.
The bathroom is divided into a toilet with a washbasin and a large shower separated from it, also with a washbasin.
