Big group house in a convenient location

The house is centrally located between Frankfurt, Bad Homburg, Butzbach, Gießen, Bad Nauheim and Usingen. If you are looking for well-priced, but comfortable accommodation and would like to avoid the high spa taxes in the neighbouring spa towns, then this is the right place for you.



This is for booking all three holiday apartments in the holiday house (maisonette apartment in the upper floor and attic, and apartments on the ground floor and upper floor). All the apartments have a separate entrance, a daylight bathroom with a bath and WC, satellite TV and fully-equipped kitchen units with a fridge, a four-ring hob with an oven, a sink, a coffee machine and a microwave. The maisonette apartment with two bedrooms also has a dishwasher, a shower and a dining table for up to twelve people in the kitchen-diner.



The first apartment (ca. 35m²) is on the ground floor. It can accommodate two to six people. There are two bunk beds for four people and two convertible armchair beds for two further guests. The interal stairs lead to the maisonette apartment (ca. 85m²) in the attic, which is suitable for six people and has two bedrooms, one as a four-bed room with a roofed 10m² balcony with garden furniture, which cannot be looked into and where one can smoke. The lower part of this apartment has a living room-kitchen with an extendable table, a daylight bathroom with an additional shower and WC, and a connecting door to the one-room apartment (ca. 40m²), which has its own entrance from the big roof terrace with garden furniture inviting you to relax. A living room cupboard as a room divider separates the cooking space and dining corner visually from the sleeping area with two divan beds. There is also a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed or two single beds. Two steps lead down into the modern daylight bathroom with white tiles, a bath and WC.



As described above, the house features a balcony (belonging to the upper-floor apartment) and a roof terrace (belonging to the maisonette apartment). All the apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers.



It is only about 2km from the house to Bad Nauheim and the A5 (E4). It is 10 minutes, 23km, to the first exit from Frankfurt am Main. Ober-Mörlen has about 5800 inhabitants and is an ideal recreational area with its Usa stream, forested elevations, meadows and fields, and its proximity to Bad Nauheim, Butzbach, Gießen, Friedberg, Bad Homburg and the “Hochtaunuskreis”. The town has various shops, a grocery shop, a butcher, baker, several restaurants, petrol stations, car garages, banks, doctors and dentists, and a pharmacy. For sports enthusiasts, there are a tennis and squash hall, a sports airfield, riding schools and some golf courses nearby. Surprise your children with a trip to the parrots in the Weilrod bird sanctuary, the Opelzoo in Kronberg, the Lochmühle leisure park in Wehrhem or the Hessenpark open-air museum in Neu Anspach. There are seven golf courses within 10-25km. There are also good public transport connections to Frankfurt, such as with the ICE from Bad Nauheim (5km), with regular bus connections there (bus stop 100 metres from the house).
