Apartment in Palit to 6 persons

The apartment is located in the resort of Palit, Rab, in an excellent location, near the attractive town of Rab, but at the same time quiet and accessible, close to the sea, Rab marina, Komrčar nature park, sports center, shops, fish market, banks, post office , tourist services: restaurants, cafes, bars, pizzeria, all about 200 m away. It is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa with enough space for parking cars and trailers for boats, terraces and gardens, with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, swings for children, shower, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols.

The apartment is 100 square meters, is located on the first floor of the house and can be reached via its own entrance. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and three times with an extra bed. All 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet and access to the balcony. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find an electric stove with 4 plates, Bakcofen, large combined refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toastiere, dishwasher. The living room has a dining table where you can have your meals, as well as a satellite TV that you can use to receive German programs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and in the garden. There is also a washing machine and air conditioning.

The apartment also has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and a communal garden with barbecue and terrace. In the spacious and enclosed garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants there is a children's playground with swings and a large and inviting terrace with garden furniture, umbrellas, deck chairs, two different barbecues.

Pets are allowed at an additional cost. The owner warmly welcome you to the hotel on your arrival and welcome you with a refreshing drink.

The great location of the apartment will delight you as a Croatia vacationer. In walking distance you will find shops and restaurants. Not far from the house you will find a shopping center, a sports center with three tennis courts, boat rental, bike rental, bank, post office, fish market, market, supermarket, restaurant, cafes, bars etc. The port of Rab is about 200 m. From there you can take a city tour or visit the Komrcar Nature Park. It is just 200 meters to the tourist center, which can be reached within a 2 to 10-minute walk.     “Die Ferienwochnungen der Familie Perkic/nr.223603 und 223602/liegen sehr zentral,d.u. 5 Fussminuten vom Hafen, Einkaufszentrum , Stadtpark Komrcar, Fleisch und Fischmarket, alte Stadt RAB entfert.
    Die FeWo sind sehr gross,feur 2-3 Ehepaare oder grossere Familien sehr gut geeignet.Die Zimmer verfuegen uber separate Dusche/WC und Balkone, sowie sitz - und Grillmoeglichkeiten im schattigen Garten.
    War einfach ein sehr gute,schoene Urlaub.”
