La Casa del Piero a San Gregorio nelle Alpi

L’ appartamento si trova al primo piano di un fabbricato recentemente ristrutturato dotato di un ampio loggiato,tipico delle case rurali bellunesi; in una zona estremamente tranquilla e su una splendida e soleggiata posizione in località Roncoi nel comune di San Gregorio Nelle Alpi.

Il loggiato dotato di tavoli e sedie in vimini garantisce la permanenza all’aperto anche in caso di pioggia.

Il cortile pavimentato in porfido, il prato costantemente rasato, un barbecue per cucinare all’aperto e la dotazione di mobili da giardino permettono agli ospiti di intrattenersi all’aperto per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e per momenti conviviali.

Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un letto nella camera singola portando la capienza a 6 persone e fornire una culla per bambini.

Sullo spazio riservato nella proprietà si possono parcheggiare fino a quattro auto.

Al piano terra è collocata la lavanderia dotata di lavatrice, lavatoio, stendibiancheria, acqua calda e fredda; l'appartamernto è dotato di ferro ed asse da stiro, aspirapolvere e attrezzatura per la pulizia.

Gli ospiti potranno godere della massima libertà essendo il piano terra della casa usato esclusivamente dalla proprietà per i lavori di manutenzione della casa e del giardino.

Dalla casa partono numerosi sentieri di diversa difficoltà e si possono raggiungere luoghi suggestivi e di interesse naturalistico e geologico all’interno del Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi.

A breve distanza si trova il lago del Mis; il lago di Santa Croce dove si pratica la vela ed il surf; le piste da sci del Nevegal o del Civetta; lo stadio del ghiaccio di Belluno e Feltre; le piscine di Santa Giustina, Belluno e Feltre; i capi da tennis di San Gregorio;inoltre le strade poco trafficate si prestano per gli amanti della bicicletta.

Durante il periodo estivo si susseguono numerose manifestazioni folcloristiche, gastronomiche e culturali (di particolare interesse si segnala il Palio di Feltre).

Da visitare sono i centri storici di Belluno e Feltre, è anche possibile raggiungere in breve tempo le città di Venezia, Treviso, Vicenza, Trento e la zona di produzione del vino Prosecco.

Saremo inoltre lieti di indicarvi i numerosi locali della zona nei quali potrete gustare ed apprezzare i piatti della gastronomia locale.

L’appartamento, arredato con cura, misura circa 150 metri quadri ed è composto da un ingresso con armadio guardaroba, un bagno a servizio della zona giorno, una ampia cucina completamente equipaggiata collegata al soggiorno e dalla zona notte con tre camere ed un bagno dotato di doccia e vasca idromassaggio.

    “Positiv: Nette Gastgeber empfangen uns liebevoll mit kleinem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Wohnung hat einen riesigen Balkon, schöne helle Räume und einen eigenen Parkplatz. Alles ist sauber und intakt. Man blickt vom Balkon direkt auf Ausläufer der Dolomiten, direkt am Haus startet ein Wanderweg zur Hütte - oder wer es alpiner mag - zum Mt. Pizzicco. Negativ: Vielleicht liegt es an der Höhe, vielleicht an den Sparvorgaben der Regierung: der Wasserdruck ist extrem niedrig, was das Duschen sehr erschwert.
    Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Es fehlt an scharfen Messern und einer kleinen Grundausstattung an Gewürzen. Das kennen wir besser.
    Die Anfahrt ist nichts für ungeübte Flachland-Fahrer. Am besten mit Schwung in die Einfahrt schießen, das spart Kupplungsbelag.”

    “wir haben richtig tolle erholsame Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Großzügige Einrichtung, nette Vermieter, tolle Lage, Wanderwege, die gleich hinterm Haus begannen, hübscher Ort unterhalb, schöne Seen, auch die weitere Umgebung für Ausflüge und Wanderungen prima geeignet. Positiv: die Lage inmitten der Natur, sehr ruhig,
    der Balkon, auf dem auch bei Regen und Sonnenschein sitzen konnte, die Aussicht Negativ: nichts, ein rundum wunderbares Objekt”

    “Zeer ruim en schoon appartement in een rustige en niet toeristische omgeving. De eigenaar van het appartement woont op de begane grond en is zeer behulpzaam. Zijn dochter, die ook goed engels spreekt, gaf ons veel tips over wat er te doen is in de omgeving en beantwoordde onze vragen heel snel (via WhatsApp). In de keuken is alles aanwezig en wil je buiten de deur eten dan zijn er ook voldoende mogelijkheden. Mooi balkon met voortreffelijk uitzicht. Daarnaast is de tuin achter het huis (met barbecue) gereserveerd voor de gasten van het appartement. Er zijn voldoende lig- en tuinstoelen (ook voor op het balkon) om buiten te genieten (zeer prettig en ruim balkon waar je ook tijdens een regenbuitje lekker kunt zitten/liggen).”

    “Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer ruim, goed schoon. Een prachtig groot balkon. Erg aardige gastheer en -vrouw. In het huisje ligt een kast vol met informatie over de omgeving. De ligging is ook prima. Eerst wel moeilijk te vinden, maar we kregen een sms van de engels-sprekende dochter en zij wil graag dat je vlak voor aankomst even met haar belt, zodat ze de weg kan wijzen. Wij hadden haar niet gebeld, maar al zoekend kwamen we haar tegen in de auto. Zij was ook al op zoek naar ons, want wij hadden een half uur van tevoren via sms wel aangegeven hoe laat we aan zouden komen. Geweldige service Ook de ligging vonden wij uitstekend met een prachtig uitzocht. Vanuit het huis kon je zelfs lopend één van de mooiste bergwandelingen in heel de omgeving maken. (wel een wandeling van zo'n 5 uur) We vonden het niet erg toeristisch maar dat vonden wij heerlijk.”
