This is a great hiking area and fishing opportunities can be found in the river and fjord. There is also a biathlon arena for roller skis. The town of Vik is located on the south side of the Sognefjord. Here you can experience historical cultural monuments and beautiful nature, taste exciting food and do many different activities. Visit the town of Vangsnes with the Fridtjov statue, which Kaiser Wilhelm II once paid to erect.
