200 m to the village center, 2 km to the lake, 120 m above the lake, 1,5 km to Meersburg Center, during daytime every hour a public transport to Meersburg, to the lake, to Oberuhldingen (railway station). Scenic walkways with a fabulious view of the Swiss and Austrian Alps and of Lake Constance. The price for the holiday home (fully equipped) is according to the online offer. It is valid per night. Minimum rental period is 4 nights or 7 nights depending on selected offer. Bedlinen, bath towel, kitchen utensils, car parking, covered bicycle stand and final cleaning are included in the rental price. The guests have to deposit a security guarantee of 300 EUR in cash on arrival. Check in from 16 h to 20 h, check out from 9 h to 11 h. Here at the Lake Constance you can gain incredible many experiences. 365 times a year you will find surprising places of interest. We have 5 climate zones. Starting from west: at first the cherry gardens, then the vineyards, the apple tree meadows, the hopfields and the alpine grassfields with the grazing stock. Springtime at the lake is the time for feelings, when each climate zone starts to bloom with billions of blossoms. Close to the south bank the landscape is dominated by the big Alpsteinmassiv (e.g. Säntis Mountain 2502 m) with its snowfields sparkling in the sunshine. This is why our address is Säntisblick 4. Only a few kilometers to the west you can visit the Hegau Vulcanos and the Southern Hochschwarzwald. Direct east of the Bodensee begins the green Allgäu with its traditional restaurants. During the Indian summer we harvest the grapes in the vineyards and Meersburg shines in all shades of colours A lot of sunshine and outstanding detailled sights to the Swiss and Austrian Alps are the highlights of the periods January - March and October - November. Our private house stands in Daisendorf which is attached to the old town of Meersburg (7. century). Meersburg is the dollhouse of Lake Constance. The old town is under historic site protection. Very close and right at the lake are Konstanz, Überlingen, Lindau, Bregenz with their historic downtowns. We know the most of the places of interest, vista points and good restaurants.
