Villa Paliska 2 is truly an exceptional luxury villa that leaves nothing to be desired. This villa is built in a contemporary, modern style and furnished with great attention to detail.
Comfortable sun loungers are ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun with a glass of cold drink by the private pool. The open-plan living room with kitchen and dining room is located on the first floor, from where you have direct access to the terrace and pool. One bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the first floor. The remaining 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the second floor. There is also a lovely balcony here where you can enjoy the view while sipping your first morning coffee.
The villa also impresses with its location, as the beautiful beaches are only 800 m from the house!
Villa Paliska 2 is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.
Premantura is surrounded by nature in a way that not many places can boast. To the south of the town is Cape Kamenjak - a nature reserve, 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline. There is no other place in the world where the sea is as blue-green and as clean as here on the southernmost tip of the Istrian peninsula. There are many rocky beaches and pebble bays. In a relatively small area, there are 530 plant species, including 20 different orchid species, some of which are endemic. For this reason, there are no campsites, hotels or similar in this area. When visiting Cape Kamenjak, don't miss a great attraction - jumping from high cliffs with torches. Premantura is an experience! Due to the favorable winds, it is ideal for water sports from summer to late autumn. At the end of October there is an attractive meeting of surfers. For those who want to immerse themselves in the fascinating underwater world, there are many diving centers in the town. This is one of the few destinations with a beach for the visually impaired. Premantura is a small town with many surprises.
