Hotel Neptun takes care of check-in service, laundry package and apartment maintenance. The Neptun restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (not included in the price). Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the tour price. A deposit of up to 90% of the rental price is due upon booking. The remaining amount is due 15 days before arrival. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is mandatory to pay on site.

The vacation apartment Sandbank 27 offers a panoramic sea view and is located in direct proximity to the beach and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The spacious vacation apartment on 2 floors with approx. 80 sqm has a total of 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in the basement and is equipped with a double bed. Upstairs is a large room with a wide double bed. In addition, there is also a baby crib here. In another room on the upper floor there are 2 single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a large living area with a dining table for 6 people, 2 comfortable sofas and a TV armchair. On the balcony there is more seating.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: When booking the apartment with up to 2 people, only the lower floor of the apartment is the subject of rent and included in the offer price. From 3-6 persons also the upper floor with the 2nd bathroom belongs to the rental object. Our welcome package contains a basic equipment with toilet paper, washing-up liquid, hand soap, body and hair wash, dishwasher tabs as well as pepper, salt. Dish towels and dishcloths as well as beach towels must please be brought by yourself. Of course you can use our guest WLAN free of charge. There is a TV with Google Chromcast connection and a modern DAB/Internet radio. A free car parking space belonging to the apartment is also available.
