The Maria Angela townhouse looks back on a long history: it was built in 1890 and has inspired many with its original, creative and labyrinthine architecture ever since. After a professional renovation, it now shines in new splendour. The special atmosphere with its many loving details has been preserved, such as the beautiful, light-flooded inner courtyard, in which many plants and an olive tree convey the feeling of a green oasis in the middle of the city. The quarry stone tiles create an all-round Mediterranean living atmosphere. The awning transforms the terrace with seating lounge into a shady retreat. The roof terrace, which you can reach from the second floor of the narrow and high townhouse, is just as exciting. Here you can enjoy the view over the rooftops of the city. Fire up the electric barbecue and transform the pleasant outdoor area into your dining room for the night, where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ. Afterwards, you can enjoy a last glass of wine in one of the outdoor seating areas.

The townhouse itself has equally marvellous seating areas. The living room is located on the second floor and is divided into two cosy areas: In one corner, guests will find the flat-screen TV and armchairs furnished with sheepskins; on the other side of the stairs, there is a sofa and more armchairs. An exceptionally cosy ambience for sociable nights in. One floor down, guests enter another room with a sumptuous purple armchair that invites you to relax; it can also be used as an office to answer important emails at the desk. You will also find a selection of games and a printer here. From here you can access the bathroom with a shower in warm yellow tones, which adjoins one of the bedrooms with a double bed. The quarry stone façade offers a special charm. From this room, a staircase leads directly down to the inner courtyard. The other bedroom is located on the other side of the narrow corridor at the heart of the house. Sunflower motifs on the walls, among other things, radiate joie de vivre. Large wardrobes offer plenty of space for your favourite items of clothing. On the ground floor, guests will find a dining room next to another bathroom, which in turn is connected to the well-equipped kitchen. It offers everything that cooking enthusiasts could desire.

The narrow house with its classic elegance blends wonderfully into the special atmosphere of the charming town of Artà with its diverse cultural life, exquisite delicacies and tourist attractions such as the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador, it is probably one of the most beautiful of the island's diverse towns. Due to its central location, you may occasionally hear the one-way street in front of the house. From your second home, it is only 20 minutes by hire car to the Cuevas de Àrta stalactite caves. Afterwards, you can take a detour to the historic town of Son Servera and enjoy a cup of espresso there. The beaches of Sa Marjal and Canyamel can also be reached in 20 minutes by car and are a fantastic option for a heavenly day at the beach. A variety of well-signposted hiking trails invite you to explore the island, while golf enthusiasts can walk the approx. 7 km to the golf course of Golf Capdepera.

The wonderfully labyrinthine Maria Angela townhouse welcomes you in the centre of the idyllic, medieval town of Artà. Countless shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are right on the doorstep. Hiking opportunities and short distances to the marvellous beaches of the east coast, such as the lively Cala Ratjada, 10 km away, provide plenty of variety. The golf course Golf Capdepera with its lush greens is 7 km away.
