The rustic yet ultra-modern villa will delight you with the typical Mallorcan character of this building, which is made of rough-hewn stone and has a beautiful outdoor area. At the same time, it impresses with the highest possible level of comfort, which immediately gives every visitor the feeling of having arrived.

The outdoor area alone is spectacular. The paved terrace area begins at the house with the extremely spacious covered terrace, which provides shade and protection from the elements, and also includes the marvellous pool area with sun terrace and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ area. The result is a magnificent ensemble where you will enjoy spending most of the day in the summer temperatures on one of the 12 outdoor seating areas. Relax on one of the 6 sun loungers after a long swim in the pool, which varies in depth between 1.30 and 2 metres. If required, you can also lie under one of the two parasols, which is a pleasant experience in itself. Alternatively, you can start your day with breakfast together at the large dining table on the covered terrace, which is very inviting with its comfortable polyrattan chairs. From time to time, we definitely recommend reading a book in the secluded lounge area or preparing a sumptuous BBQ in the spacious outdoor kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and grill. You could even use fresh produce that you can buy at the market in Artà, for example. Perhaps you could form a team at the table tennis table. The possibilities are numerous and varied, so you can also organise a varied day as a group.

At the same time, the spacious layout of the house also allows individual guests to retreat and enjoy their privacy. The interior of the friendly villa with its sliding windows is cheerful and inviting. A great mix of exquisite dark wood furniture in antique style, whitewashed walls and exposed wooden beam ceilings, combined with the modern furnishings, such as the light-coloured sofas and the magnificent eat-in kitchen with dark wood furniture, create a cosy ambience with a wonderful feeling of unity. From the living room you enter the semi-open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen cabinets are made of brick and form a frame for the dark wooden doors. Naturally, this kitchen is fully equipped, including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine and much more.

The cosy bedrooms, which, like the ground floor, have large, natural brown floor tiles, have been designed with light-coloured walls and offer you more than enough storage space, whether for clothes you have brought with you or your newly acquired holiday wardrobe. Two of the three bedrooms are each furnished with two comfortable single beds, while the third has a double bed. The chic bathrooms, beautifully decorated with white tiles and contrasted with shades of grey, beige and soft blue, are all equipped with a bathtub and/or shower. In addition to the numerous seating areas on the terrace, you can also enjoy an equally marvellous view of the lush green landscape from the covered balcony on the upper floor, in the middle of which lies the pleasant Villa Benet. with its many trees and views of the gentle hills of the Llevant mountains, which extend over Artà and Capdepera to the coast. On the coast of Capdepera you will find steep cliffs next to shallow bays and marvellous natural sandy beaches such as Cala Mesquida. Between the two picturesque towns of Artà and Capdepera with their natural charm lies the highly recommended Villa Benet in a dreamlike secluded location. Despite the absolutely quiet and marvellous secluded location, you don't have to do without the local amenities when staying here. There are shopping facilities of all kinds within easy reach: be it the market, the all-day fresh vegetable market or a supermarket. So your conscious decision to self-cater will be a real pleasure. While shopping, don't forget to take a break in one of Artà's picturesque cafés and enjoy a cortado in the sun or perhaps browse in one of the pretty boutiques.
