The open-plan interior has a bright living room with natural colours and cheerful accents, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for self-catering. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, have double beds and TVs. A separate casita, just 8 metres away, offers additional accommodation for two people, complete with en-suite bathroom and inviting bathtub. With air conditioning and heating throughout, this villa is perfect for a year-round holiday.

We do not recommend booking this villa if you are travelling with children under the age of 6. Please note that the sometimes steep slopes on the hillside where the property is located could pose a safety risk to younger children. Children should therefore be supervised when playing.

The villa "Puig des Corb is located in the middle of an estate, on a small hill in the north-east of Mallorca. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire Artà valley, and the pretty town of Artà with its beautiful promenade, many cafés and restaurants is only 2 km away. The beautiful beaches of Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada and the bay of Canyamel are only about 10 minutes away by car. The white beach of Cala Mesquida can be reached in around 15 minutes. Four of the most beautiful golf courses on the island are within sight of the villa.
