A very well-kept and aesthetic ambience is the first thing you will notice when you arrive at this villa. The stately natural stone building with its radiant mint-coloured shutters sits enthroned on a large plot characterised by pretty lawns, Mediterranean shrubs, hedges and trees, picturesque paths and inviting terraces. Here and there you will find creative unique pieces that unobtrusively lend the outdoor area an additional attractive flair. This wonderful oasis is nestled in the idyllic, slightly hilly landscape near Artà. The main eye-catcher of the garden is, of course, the attractively designed, spacious pool area. The 12 metre long infinity pool is easily accessible via a wide staircase and is bordered by a well-tended sun terrace. This is slightly raised at the front of the pool in an original way and surrounded on three sides by white walls, so that you can relax here with the certainty of being protected from prying eyes. A total of six sun loungers invite you to laze around under the Mediterranean sky and, of course, there is also a parasol to protect you from strong UV rays. There is even a swing in the garden for the little ones. The fantastic terrace by the house offers another attractive seating area. There is a large dining table where you can start your morning with breakfast and enjoy the view of the garden and beyond. In the evening, the barbecue may invite you to prepare fresh regional delicacies and enjoy them afterwards.

Upon entering the house, you will immediately be surprised by the truly impressive interior design. High-quality, stylish furniture, lots of white and contrasting dark brown are key elements of the spacious living/dining room. Natural stone walls at both ends of the elongated room frame the tasteful composition in a very atmospheric way. In addition to modern technical equipment and a fireplace, the beautiful sofa area offers cosy relaxation options. The dining area, which is loosely separated by a wide step, offers a stylish dining table where you can enjoy a cosy indoor meal together. An open staircase leads from this large living area to the first floor. But let's stay on the ground floor first and take a closer look at the kitchen, which is conveniently located right next to the dining room and can be entered through a wide passageway. Here you benefit from a stylish design paired with first-class equipment. The equipment includes a kettle as well as an American and an Italian coffee machine. Not only can you prepare meals at the practical cooking island, but you can also take a seat on two trendy bar stools on the other side and enjoy a small snack or a refreshing drink. A staircase leads from the kitchen to the bodega. This is a wonderfully cool and cosy place to sit under the rustic vaulted cellar and surrounded by natural stone walls. Three thoroughly atmospheric and stylishly furnished bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned, promise a good night's sleep. Pleasant colours, lots of wood and beautiful materials create a very cosy and inviting atmosphere. There are two beds measuring 0.9 x 2 metres and one measuring 2 x 2 metres. The complete and high-quality design of the house is continued in the two spacious, daylight-flooded bathrooms.

Every Tuesday there is a weekly market in the centre of Artà, which you should definitely visit. Here you will find regional culinary specialities and decorative arts and crafts. Not far from the villa are some beautiful white beaches, some of which are still real insider tips. Golfers will get their money's worth thanks to the five golf courses located within 7 kilometres of the property (approx. 4 miles). The absolutely beautiful Villa Es Quarto is situated in a secluded location between the small town of Artà and the sea. The natural stone house stands on a spacious natural plot of 7,000 m². Artà is only a 5-minute drive away. The harbour town of Cala Ratjada with its beautiful harbour and beach promenade is approx. 12 km away. The villa can be reached from the airport in about an hour by car.
