Quickly park your hire car in the gravel car park and then climb a few steps up to the villa and the holiday fun can begin in your new dream home. When you arrive at Sa Carbona, you will immediately notice the excellently maintained, no-frills style. A look behind the scenes will quickly confirm this impression. You can splash around to your heart's content in the 11 metre long pool, but also swim a few laps. From the lounger straight into the cool water and then back into the sun - what a great way to spend whole days here. Charming wooden pallets frame the oasis of refreshment and low bushes provide a view of the wonderful surroundings: Here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the flat mountains all the way to Artà Castle. The raffia-covered terrace offers shade and space for a table with benches - simple, minimalist, beautiful. Around the corner, the hammock under the trees makes for relaxing breaks. And while the animals graze peacefully in the fenced area, you can also fire up the barbecue here.

A look inside the natural stone villa is a real treat: the many original details make the modern house a place with a real feel-good character. A lamp in the shape of a wooden wheel lights up the spacious living room, and the animal skin rug fits in just as well as the rough ceiling beams and the solid, rough grey floor. The fireplace warms your feet on colder evenings and, in combination with the light-coloured couch and light curtains, creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. This room also has a dining table and a large, open passageway to the kitchen directly behind it. Charming look, stylish cooking island with bar stools, direct access to the garden - this kitchen makes every tapas day together a special experience. You'll find everything you need here: a modern fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and more. The house has a total of three bright, attractively designed double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Practical: The villa was built completely at ground level and is therefore free of stairs.
A stroll through the charming alleyways, a long coffee break in one of Artà's authentic restaurants is a wonderful place to linger. The colourful market is known and loved throughout the region, not least because of the original and high-quality handmade products on offer every week. Active travellers will be delighted by the nearby hiking trails that lead through the charming countryside, as well as the Golf Capdepera golf course, which is only around 8 km away. For quiet days at the beach, you can head to Colònia de Sant Pere or nearby Canyamel - the livelier Cala Ratjada is also just 20 minutes away. Plus: Explorers should definitely make their way to the famous Cuevas de Artà stalactite cave system. The bizarre rock formations are simply breathtaking. The beautifully situated Villa Sa Carbona is located in the east of Mallorca, around 3 kilometres southwest of Artà. The idyllic medieval town offers many great cafés and restaurants as well as several supermarkets for your weekly shopping. The lively, colourful artisan market, which takes place every Tuesday, attracts visitors from all over the region to haggle and enjoy. And the beautiful beaches of Platja de Colònia de Sant Pere or Canyamel are only 15 minutes away by car.
