In the quiet and secluded surroundings of Villa Sa Bogura, you can enjoy an enchanting environment and literally retreat. A small road to the villa leads you to this spacious property, whose rustic ambience is a particular favourite with our guests. Soon after your arrival, you will realise that this is a place that offers all-round relaxation. Here you can enjoy your holiday in a typical Mallorcan atmosphere. The outdoor area is characterised by spacious terraces, quaint steps, niches and little walls as well as all kinds of Mediterranean plants. There is even a slide and a great tree swing for the children. The pool, which is slightly off the beaten track and accessible via steps, is a wonderful place to spend time. The pool is between 1.20 m and 1.80 m deep and can be reached via a ladder. Sun loungers and parasols on the wooden terrace are perfect for sun worshippers, who can relax here on the Mediterranean to their heart's content and leave everyday life far behind them. And the practical outdoor pool makes it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. You can sit and relax on one of the terraces close to the house with a large dining table and either enjoy a refreshing drink or socialise over a meal. On warm evenings, you have the option of a hearty BBQ, where you can cook and then savour delicious Mallorcan ingredients. The covered barbecue area on the left-hand side of the house is perfect for this, the ideal little place to end the day in a cosy atmosphere. Other inviting seating areas on the property offer the opportunity to find new favourite places to sit and retreat for a moment as the mood takes you. The many trees around the house offer great natural shady spots where you can sit comfortably and airily.

The traditionally furnished house has classic Mallorcan wooden beamed ceilings, light colours on the walls and natural stone elements. Combined with some rustic furniture, this creates a cosy ambience that invites you to linger. A beautiful entrance leads from both sides to a bedroom. Further down on the left-hand side is the staircase to the upper floor. Like the bathrooms on this floor, the kitchen has everything you need, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. Interestingly, the living room extends over two levels. On the lower level, there is also a dining area to enjoy a meal together indoors. The flat-screen TV with satellite connection is also installed here. You can make yourself comfortable and relax on the cosy sofas to your heart's content. Books, toys and a DVD player are available for your entertainment, although you are unlikely to be left behind anyway, and the somewhat weak internet signal is sufficient to send important What'sapp messages to your loved ones at home. On the top floor, which is used as a separate living unit, there is an open-plan living/dining room with an adjoining small kitchen. A door to the terrace gives you the opportunity to go directly outside. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. This upper part of the house with its own entrance is completely furnished in a more modern style. The bedrooms in the house are individually designed and each has a cosy atmosphere. We are sure that everyone will find their own personal resting place here. The bathrooms are functional and tastefully designed. For your convenience, an iron and hairdryer are provided. As the villa is divided into two living areas, it is ideal for several families who would like to spend their holiday together while maintaining a certain degree of privacy.

The village shops are not far away. Attractive excursion destinations are Manacor (17 km) and Artà (7 km). In these two small towns you will find everything you need for your daily shopping; they also offer an attractive selection of good restaurants. In Sant Llorenc there is a small weekly market every Tuesday. The beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and Costa de los Pinos in the eastern part of the island are very easy to reach. Cala Rajada in the north-east is about 17 km away. The charming, large stone villa Sa Bogura is an atmospheric property on a large, secluded plot of almost 110,000 m². The villa is located in the pretty eastern part of the island. In Sant Llorenc (approx. 8 km away) there is a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of the local coast are within easy reach.
