Finca "S'Estelrica" welcomes its guests in a marvellous secluded location near Artà. Here you can spend a completely relaxing time in absolute privacy. The property welcomes you with Mediterranean flair as you drive through an avenue of oleander bushes towards the house. The surrounding area is pleasantly natural and the old trees with almond, olive and fig trees create a Mallorcan flair. On the open terrace surrounding the house, there are many lovely places to linger and enjoy. There is a covered terrace area in front of the living room and the kitchen, which is superbly equipped for amateur chefs. The beautiful pool is surrounded by natural stone surfaces, varies in depth between 1.20 and 2 metres and is easily accessible via a corner staircase. Around it, you can find the best place to relax in the sun or under the trees and parasols, soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere and, above all, enjoy the marvellous view of Artà. In addition to the blue-tiled pool, the brick-built outdoor shower is a particular eye-catcher in this area.

A friendly décor delights on entering the main house, the beautiful floor tiles and light-coloured walls create a cosy ambience. The entrance area leads into the light-flooded dining room with many deep windows and a great view - this is a very nice place for dignified indoor meals. To the right is the open-plan kitchen, which is loosely separated by a counter and impresses with its great equipment. To the left of the entrance area is the living room, from which you can also enjoy a wonderful view. The first shower room is also located on the ground floor. From the entrance area, a beautiful Mallorcan tiled staircase leads to the upper floor on the left. Three cosy bedrooms - two of which have access to the balcony - invite you to relax and unwind. Light colours in combination with beautifully designed furniture create a cosy atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms on this floor - one en suite - enjoy natural light and an overall bright and cosy flair. A short staircase leads from the first floor to the roof terrace. Here you can enjoy the marvellous sunset and let your gaze wander over the surrounding landscape and to Artà.
