Charming traditional Ibizan farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 11 people. The house is in a quiet rural location on a 21 hectares plot of land surrounded by pine trees which are home to Turtle Doves and Stone Curlews. Can Felix is an old finca with many traditional features and artefacts. It is located just 5.8km from San Rafael, 6.6km from San Antonio, 8.2km from Santa Gertrudis and 12.1 km from the center of Ibiza town. It is situated near the smallest village on the island called Forada. Forada has a bar, restaurant, church, shop and art gallery. The house is run by solar and wind electricity with a backup generator.
The house contains:
Living room with 2 seating areas, one next to the traditional fireplace and bread oven, with a smart TV. The other is accessed by going up some stairs to a mezzanine area. This has access to a roof terrace with beautiful views.
Main dining room with a large table, from this dining room you can access all the bedrooms and the covered large front porch terrace.
Fully equipped independent kitchen with terrace outside, containing a large table for eating meals under the apricot tree with views of the forest.
Room with washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Double bed of 1.50 x 2m and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
Bedroom 2: Double bed of 1.50 x 2m and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
Bedroom 3: Going down some steps, this bedroom has 3 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90m and access to the front porch terrace.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90m and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90m.
Independent bathroom with shower and bidet.
Outside on its own terrace is a large 5 x 12m pool, sun loungers and a covered dining area.
The house contains a safe, burglar and fire alarms.
There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in all bedrooms and sitting rooms.
The last stretch to the house is a dirt road, so we recommend renting a SUV or 4x4 car.
The price includes final cleaning and full cleaning every 7 nights.
Charges apply for use of central heating in winter months.
