Beautiful vacation home with private pool in a wonderful panoramic position on the sea, just 150m from the beach. The vacation home is surrounded by 400m² of outdoor space within the residential park Costa dei Monaci, about 4 km from Parghelia, which is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Calabria. The house offers two beautiful equipped terraces for outdoor dining as well as garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue. This stretch of coast is very popular with water sports enthusiasts and divers, and the whole region stands out for its variety of attractions. Some excursion tips: the popular tourist town of Tropea (known also for the cultivation of the delicious red onions) is only about 7 km away; Vibo Valentia with boat connection for day trips to the Aeolian Islands is about 30 km away; the characteristic village of Pizzo Calabro with its historic center 30 km. The presence of the sandy beaches of the place depends on the tides at some times of the year.

    “Most beautiful view, pool and beach. This is what you pay for. Nice house but w/o air-condition. 30-35 year old standard on whiteware. During our 14 d holiday we were w/o water for two days because of water pump malfunction. Relatively pricey compared to the livingstandard and poor surroundings. Charges for electricity and water is extra minimum 5%. The contact persons knowledge og foreign languages is very limited. No practical information/tips available, given or received.
