Holiday House in Nuevo Horizonte with Common Pool and Fantastic Views

Caleta de Fuste has much to offer you as a tourist and has become the best touristic area in the island. A Caleta de Fuste holiday offers peace and relaxation in pretty surroundings. Caleta de Fuste offers a wide variety of recreational activities, the large expanse of sandy beaches with shallow waters are ideal for both children to play and those looking to relax in solitude by the sea. With a variety of watersports fishing horseriding hiking catamaran trips scuba diving snorkelling buggy tours camel rides water park animal experience safari park crocodile show parrot show are just a few of the things to do whilst visiting the island.. .

In the harbour area is a small oceanarium and sea lion show and dive school. Jet skis and pedaloes with slides can also be hired.. The 18 hole PGA golf course with club hire facilities, is within a 5 min drive. The Shopping Plaza offering a ten-pin bowling alley, Spar supermarket and more can be reached by a walk along the beach as can the established Wellness-Center is well situated for exploration of the rest of the island.

Our house is in pleasant location and within distance of the beach and local amenities. Only 10mins from the airport and therefore ideal for rental purposes as transfer times from the airport are minimal.

"Fuerteventura Costa Golf" is a modern and charming two-bedroom vacation home, carefully designed with a beautiful decoration that integrates comfort, light and color.

It has a wonderful and spacious 25m2 terrace overlooking the pool, facing south for sun lovers and it is equipped with garden furniture. A magnificent outdoor space where you can enjoy the warm climate of Fuerteventura and the tranquility of the place.

The property is located in an excellent private and closed urbanization, equipped with a video surveillance system. It has two fantastic community pools (access by magnetic card), a solarium with sun loungers and beautiful tropical gardens.

The apartment is located in the center of the island, 10 minutes from the airport and close to all services, in a privileged and strategic location to explore and discover the beaches of Fuerteventura. Bus stop 20m away, which will allow you to get to the airport and other corners of the island.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, no frost A+ fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave-oven and appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Everything you need to feel at home.

The night area has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Both, with large built-in wardrobes with a lot of capacity.

    “Die Komplette Ferienhausanlage ist eingezäunt und man kommt sich vor wie in einem Hochsicherheitstrakt. Ob das gut oder schlecht ist, ist jedem selbst überlassen. Man bekommt einen Chip um das Zugangstor zu öffnen. Am Ferienhaus selber gibt’s eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Natürlich kann man das nicht mit deutschen Standards vergleichen, aber wir hatten schon deutlich schlimmere Häuser über atraveo / tui gebucht. Es ist alles Sauber und gepflegt. WIFI und deutsches Fernsehen (ein paar Kanäle) Vorhanden. Ebenso Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühl und Gefrierschrank. Eben alles was man braucht.

    Wir waren im November auf Fuerteventura, Temperatur Tagsüber ca. 25 Grad, Nachts ca. 20 Grad. Deswegen haben wir auch keine Klimaanlage benötigt. So wie es aussieht, haben die Ferienhäuser auch keine Klimatisierung.

    Einzig negativer Punkt betrifft die Lage bzw. Atraveo: Wenn man hier bei Atraveo auf "Lage auf Landkarte" geht bekommt man angezeigt, das Ferienhaus würde sich unmittelbar vom Strand in Caleta de fuste befinden. Das stimmt aber definitiv nicht.
    Es befindet sich ca. 1,5 km weiter nördlich in "Costa de Antigua". Das wird hier aber nirgends erwähnt. Ich hatte diesen Fehler schon vor unserer Reise Atraveo gemeldet, und nach langem hin- und her und viel Überzeugungsarbeit konnten wir aufgrund der " What you see is what you get"-Garantie eine Gutschrift bekommen. Trotzdem wurde der Fehler hier noch immer nicht behoben. Schade. Ich Denke der Fehler betrifft ausschließlich Atraveo und deswegen gibt's für das Haus von und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.”

    “Leider kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm. Und auch kein englisches Fernsehen. Zum Meer sehr weit entfernt. Keine Bademöglichkeit im Meer vor Ort. Die Vermieterin spricht nur Spanisch. Heut zu Tage sollte jede Ferienwohnung mit WLAN ausgestattet sein. Den Pool haben wir erst am vierten Tag nutzen können, da die Vermieterin uns nicht einweisen konnte. Da sie nur Spanisch spricht. Und sie es beim Empfang vergessen hat. ( schade ) wir haben dann andere Urlauber Fragen können.”

    “Thank you very much for your coment. We would like to remember you to you some aspects:

    - It is correct, for the moment there is not german chanels on TV and not wifi. But, when you reserved our property Costa Golf, you knew this information. The announcement of the property is very clear on Atraveo´s page. We inform you that it is probably that next month, all complex have international tv and comunity wifi.
    - The sea is only 400 meters from the apartment, only down the central avenue (please, you can see on google maps). It is true that it is not beach zone (the beach is 2km far away, 2 minutes by car or 45 minutes walking). It is a wonderful coastal walk. For future visitors, please don´t miss this amazing views. Please, don't forget to buy a bag of peanuts to feed the chipmunks!.
    - The apartment belongs to a gated community, providing a safe area for children to play and added peace of mind for holiday makers. There are security gates which ensure only residents of the complex can access the apt. There is a card system to the swimming pool.
    - I am Iker Fernández, the owner of Costa Golf House and I speak Spanish and a little English (I always write in English to the clients who visit our property).

    We are always trying to do the best things and the best relation of quality about the price. In fact, the total rating for this holiday house on atraveo is 5 of 5 before your visit (the best punctuation). After your opinion is 4.2 of 5. It is a very good score.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung, 2m zum Pool. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, waren zu zweit dort, aber für 4 wäre es auch ausreichend. Große Einbauschränken in beiden Schlafzimmern, Bad sauber, die Dusche funktioniert gut gut und die Terrasse ist super! Einziges Manko: die Matratze in dem großen Bett ist sehr weich und es gibt kein WLAN!”
